Hi, I'm Sue Hamblin; a Natural Health Practitioner qualified in naturopathic health coaching; foot, facial and lymphatic drainage reflexology; foundation level kinesiology and postural stability training. I'm also trained other holistic modalities which enable me to use flower essences, meditation & massage techniques in my work.
I have been in professional practice since 2013, helping clients of all ages with their health and wellbeing. I am fully insured and hold professional membership with the Association of Reflexologists and Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

What is good health?
Being in good health is more than just being free from disease. It includes many factors such as:

How I can help you
As a Natural Health Practitioner, I help clients improve their health for the long term. Whilst each client is different with what they want to achieve, my approach is always the same:
LOOK AT THE FULL PICTURE
Everyone’s health is unique and varies depending on lifestyle, stress and diet etc. So, my first priority with a client is to do a full consultation. This covers all aspects of health and wellbeing so I can understand exactly how they currently feel (and why).
CREATE A PERSONALISED PLAN
I then work with them to create a personalised plan; one that helps them achieve their best health as naturally as possible. I work with a range of modalities including Health Coaching, Reflexology and Postural Stability depending on the client’s goals.
KEEP IT NATURAL & AFFORDABLE
Health plans are for the client to keep; empowering them to manage their own health in the future. There are no expensive supplements, fitness programmes or memberships to subscribe to. Instead, there are achievable steps to create:
a healthy diet
increased fitness and body strength
improved digestion and gut health
improved energy levels
reduced stress levels
improved sleep quality
a postive mindset
All of these collectively encourage the body to achieve improved health; physically as well as mentally.

I know from experience that making lifestyle changes can be hard. We get very set in our ways over time. So, throughout the course of working with me, clients get my full support; helping them implement the health changes they are making.
WORKSHOPS FOR FURTHER LEARNING
For those who are looking to work in small groups and educate themselves further on their health and wellbeing, I run online and in person workshops on a variety of topics. Details of these appear on my blog and my social media channels.
My own journey to natural health
I first became interested in natural wellbeing over 30 years ago when I had chronic fatigue, back pain, menstrual issues and alopecia areata (patchy hair loss). There was nothing available on the NHS to solve these other than painkillers and the contraceptive pill to mask symptoms.
I first rectified my diet and gut health with the help of a Nutritionist. I then went on to manage my emotional health with reflexology, kinesiology and meditation; and my back pain with strengthening exercises such as Pilates and yoga. The transformation in my wellbeing was so vast that I began my own training in 2003.
Whilst having poor health was not a pleasurable experience, it did lead me to a career I love. Since my first days of training, I’ve never stopped learning. For me, this is a vital part of being a therapist; ensuring I give my clients the best support I can.
